Kaley Rodrigues
Occupational Therapist
Kaley earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. Her career spans skilled nursing, outpatient rehabilitation, and industrial health, where she became CEAS1 certified and trained in WorkSteps to conduct post-offer and fit-for-duty testing, ergonomic evaluations, and workplace readiness interventions. Most recently, she worked in a skilled nursing facility, developing occupation-based programs like therapeutic cooking and interdisciplinary gardening groups to promote ADL independence, functional mobility, and emotional regulation, particularly for older adults and individuals with dementia. She has also provided outpatient therapy for upper extremity conditions and ergonomic consultations for workplace injury prevention. Bringing a client-first mindset, Kaley combines clinical expertise, creativity, and compassion to support individuals in returning to work or entering the workforce, empowering clients to build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve vocational goals with independence and dignity at Expert Vocational Insights.
