Tips for Strong Bullets
- Keep each bullet to 1–2 lines
- Quantify when you can: numbers, percentages, volumes, time saved
- Use past tense for old jobs, present tense for your current job
- Avoid starting with "Responsible for" — use an action verb instead
- Each bullet should answer: What did you do? How? With what result?
