Amy Rosier serves as the Director of Administrative Services at Expert Vocational Insights, where she brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in education, special education, and vocational services. Her career began as a special education teacher, where she spent over two decades advancing individualized learning strategies, supervising staff, and fostering inclusive practices. She holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis on Severe Needs Cognitive from the University of Northern Colorado and has been recognized with the Thompson Education Association Crystal Apple Award for her contributions to the field. 

In her current role, Amy provides strategic oversight of administrative operations, ensuring that programs, resources, and personnel are aligned to advance organizational goals. Previously, as Employment Specialist Manager, she directed initiatives that promoted workforce readiness and inclusive employment opportunities. Her proven record of leadership, advocacy, and operational excellence continues to drive the mission of empowering individuals of all abilities to achieve meaningful success.
