As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Recovery Coach Professional, and Intentional Peer Support Specialist, Frank has extensive experience building rapport, using motivational interviewing, navigating community resources, maintaining professional boundaries, and helping individuals work through barriers while promoting accountability and self-direction. His professional experience includes providing crisis intervention and client support, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting individualized needs assessments, and training and leading employees in fast-paced work environments. As an Employment Mentor at EVI, Frank uses his combination of coaching, communication, de-escalation, leadership, and lived experience to help individuals identify employment goals, develop workplace skills, navigate barriers, strengthen self-advocacy, and build the confidence and independence necessary to obtain and maintain meaningful employment.
