Rhondda serves as a Transition Specialist with Expert Vocational Insights (EVI) and brings decades of experience in special education, disability services, transition planning, behavioral support, and individualized skill development. Rhondda has extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities across K–12 and higher education settings, with a particular focus on helping students successfully navigate transitions from high school into post-secondary education and adulthood. Her professional background includes serving as a Disability Specialist at Colorado State University, where she provided accommodations, developed individualized strategies with students, and collaborated with assistive technology, veteran, adult learner, and other disability support programs. Rhondda holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a Doctoral Degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education. As a Transition Specialist at EVI, Rhondda uses her extensive experience to help individuals identify strengths and support needs, develop self-advocacy and independent living skills, explore education and employment pathways, and build the skills and resources necessary for successful transitions into adulthood, post-secondary education, and employment.
