Stephanie serves as an Employment Mentor with Expert Vocational Insights (EVI), bringing experience supporting individuals with disabilities, person-centered services, advocacy, behavioral support, employment readiness, and relationship building. Stephanie has more than four years of experience supporting children with developmental, intellectual, physical, and behavioral disabilities, where she provided individualized assistance, implemented behavioral and daily routines, encouraged independence, and adapted her approach to everyone’s strengths and support needs. She also brings extensive customer service experience that has strengthened her communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, teamwork, and ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Stephanie’s skills include supported employment, job coaching, person-centered planning, employment readiness, vocational support, client advocacy, employer relations, and community resource coordination. As an Employment Mentor at EVI, Stephanie supports individuals in identifying employment goals, developing workplace and professional skills, navigating barriers, advocating for their needs, and increasing independence while working toward meaningful and sustainable employment.
